We only keep what we need to help you learn. Here you read which data that is and how long we keep it.

Why we use data

• For your account, lessons, progress, bookings and payments: this is needed for the service.
• For the leaderboard and emails about your progress: only if you choose so yourself.
• For security and against misuse: this is our legitimate interest.

Practising with AI

Of practice conversations with AI we keep only the text, for one hundred and eighty days. We delete pronunciation recordings within a day. Live talking with AI is not possible yet. When it comes, that sound is processed in the United States and never stored.

How long we keep data

• Your account: until you delete it, with fourteen days to change your mind.
• Bookings: two years, then without your name.
• Invoices: seven years, because the law asks for it.
• Statistics: thirteen months, without cookies.

You can download, correct or delete your data. You do this yourself in your profile, under Privacy. For other questions you use the contact page.

Age

You must be sixteen or older to create an account. We do not ask for your date of birth.
