Terms

These are the agreements between you and Dutchtje. Read them before you choose a plan.

Your account

You are sixteen or older. You keep your password secret. You use the lessons only for yourself.

Plans and cancelling

The trial lasts fourteen days and costs nothing. You cancel a monthly plan whenever you want; it runs until the end of the period. You can cancel in your account, in two clicks.

Money back

Within fourteen days of your first payment you get all your money back. After those fourteen days we no longer refund a yearly plan.

Private lessons

If you cancel at least a day before, you get your credit back. If you cancel later or do not come, the lesson is used. If the teacher cannot come, you get your credit or your money back.

Feedback from AI

Feedback from AI is practice feedback: a hint, not a mark. Dutchtje is a place to practise. You do not get a diploma here.
